Energy Gels

I first used this gel during a half marathon. It was easier to tear and undo compared to other gels I've used and I found it less gloopy - so easier to swallow and also ensure the entire contents had been squeezed out. It definitely gave me the boost I needed. I will be using these going forward for runs over an hour and in Hyrox events.

Probably the best gels I have taken. No stomach issues which for me in the past has been a real real issue.

They give me the extra kick to finish a strong exercises or races I do

I already take the Lactic Acid buffers so it was a no brainer to buy the Gels which are fantastic easy to use and no tummy problems 10/10 Thoughly recommend

I've been using XE gels now for a few years, competing at ironman and knowing I need something that sits well after the swim and bike is a must. The deals you can get mean its not crazy expensive to use these regularly in training so when race day comes there are no surprises, during the racing, the taste is great, they sit well, they absorb really well and best of all I dont need to worry about additional sodium as they are packed. Got through 10 in Copenhagen and felt great, you know if you want to maintain pace to the very end of the race you really need something you can rely on all the way to the line and not have GI distress. These nail it for me.
